This perfectly designed house is located in the cozy and traditional village of Calvia. It was completely renovated in 2019 with great attention to detail.

The living space is distributed over two floors. The living and dining area is accessed through the main entrance next to the hall and is directly connected to the kitchen, while the three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them en-suite are also located on the same floor.

The downstairs is accessed by stairs, which lead to the spa area with Finnish sauna, and a whirlpool chair, on the other side, is the fitness room, along with a shower, sink, and the washer and dryer area. In the same space, there is also a heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi function.

In the outdoor space, we find the beautiful garden and pool, plus an area equipped with a barbecue, and everything you need for a dinner with friends.

Here, nestled in the atmosphere of the traditional alleyways, you will find cafés and shops for everyday needs, as well as the town hall, schools, a spacious sports complex and an indoor swimming pool.

Santa Ponsa with its golf courses and Puerto de Andratx, with its Mediterranean flair, are both only 10 minutes away by car. The city of Palma and the airport can be reached in approx. 20 minutes.
