Your tasks:

• Training the learning content and imparting real estate expert knowledge
• Continuously developing the training material
• Supporting the partners via "training-on-the-Job" throughout Germany as well as via telephone and webinar from the head office
• Contact person for new real estate consultants (f/m/d)
• Pre- and post-support of training and coaching measures
• Evaluation and documentation of tests carried out

Your profile:

• At least three years of experience in sales and the real estate industry
• Ideally, you already have relevant experience as a real estate consultant or as a trainer/coach
• High sales orientation, self-motivation and a convincing appearance
• A high degree of willingness to travel within Germany
• Motivation skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness as well as an open-minded personality
• Ability to analyze facts and the resulting recommendation for action
• Sales personality with a lot of joy in interacting with people
