Your tasks:

• Detailed processing and analysis of legal issues with a focus on civil and data protection law
• Competent professional advice and support on legal issues
• Comprehensive case management in the legal department, including the efficient organization of administrative matters
• Active cooperation in the preparation of draft contracts as well as monitoring and revision of rights and obligations in contractual documents
• Independent management and continuous further development of the contract database
• Collaboration and regular exchange with external data protection officers to ensure data protection compliance
• Careful processing and preparation of legal documents and records in accordance with the applicable legal regulations
• Application for dunning and enforcement orders and competent handling of data protection issues
• Drafting legal letters

Your profile:

• Multi-year professional experience in the position of business or graduate lawyer
• Sound knowledge in the field of civil law as well as specialization or experience in data protection law
• Ideally initial experience with the subject areas of brokerage and franchise law
• Sure handling of legal terminology as well as the ability to, to draft and review legal documents accurately
• Ability to present complex legal issues precisely and comprehensibly
• Experience in the management of contract databases and knowledge of the use of corresponding software tools
• Confident handling of MS Office and Excel
• Knowledge of the Winra legal software is an advantage
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
