Detlef Lorenz was born in Wriezen and grew up in Bad Freienwalde/Oder. He successfully completed his A-levels at Bertolt Brecht Gymnasium and then began studying at Leipzig Technical University, where he graduated with a degree in structural engineering. From 03/1996 to 01/2016 he was self-employed in his own company Lorenz Berlin Immobilien GmbH. Since February 2016, he has been self-employed as an office owner in the VON POLL IMMOBILIEN store in Berlin-Tempelhof. He acquired a further qualification in 2016 as a certified independent expert for real estate valuation (WertCert®).

Frederick Brachmann has been working at the VPI Tempelhof office since 2020. As part of his dual studies in real estate management at IU University of Applied Sciences, he began as an active support in the office. After graduating as a real estate agent (IHK) in 2022, he began working as a real estate consultant and is still working as an independent real estate consultant at the VPI Tempelhof store today. He passed all of his exams at IU and is currently eagerly awaiting the results of his bachelor's thesis.

Born in Berlin, Ms. Ayten Held is married and has two children. She is a trained businesswoman in the real estate and housing industry and has been working as a real estate consultant at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN since 2020. In 2021, she obtained her certified degree as a real estate agent (IHK) through the in-house training program and has been working as an independent real estate consultant at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN ever since.
Lilly Ruffert
Lilly Ruffert has been a dual student at the IU International University of Applied Sciences in the Real Estate Management course since the end of 2022. Since then, she has been working in the VPI store in Berlin-Tempelhof as an office assistant.
Dipl.-Ing. Thomas Wittig
Thomas Wittig worked for more than 25 years for a large manufacturer of "white goods" in the field of quality assurance worldwide. Here in our real estate store, he is responsible for telephony, technical hard ware and orders as well as everyday practical matters, thus ensuring that the store processes run smoothly.
