Max Oldehaver was born in Hamburg and completed a dual study program at a bank after graduating from high school, where he completed a bachelor's degree in business administration and an apprenticeship as a bank clerk at the same time. Mr. Oldehaver gained his first brokerage experience as part of a training position with the bank's own real estate broker. He then went on to complete an MSc in Management as a further course of study.
After three years working in international tax law at two renowned Hamburg tax consulting firms, Mr. Oldehaver decided to realize his enthusiasm for customer advice and real estate as an independent real estate consultant.
Mr. Oldehaver has been part of the VON POLL team in Hamburg Schnelsen-Niendorf since March 2024 and also successfully completed his qualification as a real estate agent (IHK) in April 2024.
In his private life, Mr. Oldehaver has been married since August 2023 and enjoys sports in his free time.

Beate Schad
Beate Schad
Born in Munich, she has lived in the beautiful north of Germany for many years and loves Hamburg, the "most beautiful city in the world".
After graduating from high school and successfully completing a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (IHK) as well as many years of sales work in national and international companies, she ran an insurance brokerage office as an insurance specialist (IHK) for many years. This was followed by training as a trainer (IHK) and corresponding activities.
Her great negotiating skills and her communicative and analytical abilities are the cornerstones of her long-term success. She has gained additional qualifications through further training in coaching and communication.
Her love of Hamburg and its people as well as her many years of professional experience made it easy for her to take the step into the real estate industry.
For many years, she has been working as an independent real estate consultant in Hamburg, putting her heart and soul into helping people in all walks of life to find a new home, using her in-depth market knowledge, commercial expertise and excellent soft skills to her advantage.
