Pietro Ramaglia was born in Homburg and has close ties to the Saarpfalz region. He originally comes from the professional music industry and has built up a large network in culture and business over many years.
Thanks to his affinity and passion for real estate, he completed his training as a real estate agent (IHK) at the European Real Estate Academy (EIA) in Saarbrücken. He has also successfully completed further certificates in areas such as real estate valuation and project development.

As a native of Lauter, Loris Prattes is deeply rooted in the Kaiserslautern region and the surrounding area. After successfully completing his training as a wholesale merchant in 2023, it was clear to him early on that his career path would lie in the commercial sector. But a passion for real estate was already burning inside him and eventually drew him in a new direction.
Now he started training again at von Poll Immobilien, this time as a real estate agent. This laid the foundation for his dream of one day working as a successful real estate consultant. The decision to take this career step was a matter of the heart for him - "I want to deepen my knowledge and turn my passion for real estate into a profession".
